1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Resimi ("the Service", "we", "us", "our") at https://resimi.xyz, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers. Your continued use of the Service after any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Our Services

Resimi is a social media marketing (SMM) panel that provides services including but not limited to social media followers, likes, views, comments, shares, and other engagement metrics across various platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X, Spotify, Telegram, and others.

We act as a reseller of services sourced from third-party providers. While we make every effort to ensure quality and delivery, we do not guarantee:

• A specific delivery timeframe beyond the estimated range shown
• That delivered followers, likes, or views will remain permanently
• That third-party providers will not alter or cancel services
• Specific account quality levels beyond what is described

Services marked with a Refill Guarantee will be refilled if counts drop within the stated guarantee period. Refills must be requested via a support ticket within the guarantee window.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

To use paid features, you must create an account. You represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent
• You will provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You will keep your password secure and not share your account
• You will notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, bans, or refund policies.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed in US Dollars (USD). We accept cryptocurrency and card payments via our third-party payment processors.

Balance & Orders: Funds added to your account balance are non-refundable. Once funds are added to your balance, they can be used to place orders on the platform.

Refund Policy:

• Before delivery starts: Orders that have not yet started processing may be eligible for a balance refund (not a cash refund) at our discretion
• During or after delivery: Orders that are in progress or completed are non-refundable
• Partial delivery: If we are unable to complete an order, the remaining undelivered portion may be refunded to your balance
• Guaranteed services: If a refill-guaranteed service drops, we will refill it — not issue a cash refund

We do not issue cash refunds for deposited funds under any circumstances. Balances are non-transferable between accounts.

All prices shown are in USD per 1,000 units unless otherwise stated. Currency conversions shown on the site are for display purposes only — all transactions settle in USD.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Resimi to:

• Purchase services for accounts you do not own or have permission to promote
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks
• Attempt to manipulate, hack, or abuse our platform or payment systems
• Resell our services without operating through our official reseller/API program
• Submit false, misleading, or abusive support tickets
• Use our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with our platform (except via our official API)
• Create accounts under false identities or impersonate any person or organization

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential legal action.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Resimi shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damage to or suspension of any third-party social media account
• Actions taken by third-party platforms against your account
• Delivery delays caused by third-party providers or platform algorithm changes
• Any outcome resulting from use of our services on any platform

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our services interact with third-party platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X, Spotify, and others. These platforms have their own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

We make no representation that our services comply with the Terms of Service of any third-party platform. Using social media marketing services may violate the Terms of Service of certain platforms. It is your sole responsibility to understand and accept the risks of using our services in relation to third-party platform policies.

Resimi is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Instagram, Meta, YouTube, Google, TikTok, ByteDance, Twitter/X, Spotify, Telegram, or any other third-party platform.

We are not responsible for any account suspension, ban, or other action taken by a third-party platform as a result of using our services. No refunds will be issued due to account actions by third-party platforms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, software, and materials on Resimi — including but not limited to our logo, interface, and written content — are the intellectual property of Resimi and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without our express written permission.

By submitting content to us (such as support tickets or feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including for breach of these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• Any remaining balance is forfeited if termination is due to a Terms violation
• Active orders may be cancelled without refund

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Note that account deletion does not entitle you to a refund of any remaining balance.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any modifications, you must stop using the Service.
