SMM Panel Glossary

Whether you're new to social media marketing panels or just want to understand what you're buying, this glossary covers every term you'll encounter.

HQ (High Quality)

Services labeled HQ use accounts that look like real, active users — with profile pictures, posts, and activity history. HQ followers are less likely to drop and look more natural than "mixed" or "low quality" alternatives. HQ services cost more but offer better safety and retention.

Drip-Feed

Delivery spread over a period of time instead of all at once. Instead of getting 1,000 followers in an hour, a 7-day drip-feed delivers about 143 per day. This looks natural and is safer for account health. See our full guide on drip-feed vs instant delivery.

Refill Guarantee

A promise that if your delivered count drops within a specified time period (e.g., 30 or 60 days), the provider will top it back up for free. Only some services offer this — they're marked with a "Refill" badge. Services without this guarantee may drop and won't be replaced.

Start Count

The number of followers/likes/views your account had when the order began. This is recorded automatically when your order starts and shown in your order history. It helps you verify actual delivery: End Count − Start Count = Delivered.

Remains

The quantity still to be delivered on an in-progress or partial order. If you ordered 1,000 and 600 have been delivered, "remains" shows 400. For partial orders, the undelivered "remains" are refunded to your balance.

Partial Order

An order that couldn't be completed in full — typically because the provider ran out of supply for that service. When an order goes "Partial," the undelivered portion is automatically refunded to your balance at a pro-rated amount.

Instant Delivery

All ordered quantity delivered as quickly as possible — usually within minutes to hours. Best for likes, views, and accounts where speed matters more than looking gradual.

Mixed Quality

A service that uses a mix of different account types — some may look more real than others. Mixed services are cheaper than HQ but have higher drop rates and less natural-looking delivery patterns.

Real/Authentic

Services that use genuine, active social media accounts. These are the most expensive tier but offer the best retention and safety. "Real" followers may engage with your content, comment, or like posts naturally.

Provider

The upstream supplier who actually delivers the service. SMM panels like Resimi source services from multiple providers and mark them up slightly — you get the benefit of a tested, vetted service at near-wholesale price without having to manage provider relationships yourself.

API

Application Programming Interface — the programmatic way to place orders without using the website. Resellers use our API to integrate our services into their own panels or automation workflows. See our API documentation →

Reseller

Someone who buys services wholesale through an SMM panel and resells them to clients at a markup. Many marketing agencies and social media managers operate this way. Our API and bulk order tool are designed for resellers.

Min / Max

The minimum and maximum quantity you can order for a service. For example, a service with Min: 100 and Max: 10,000 means you can order any amount between those two numbers. You can't order below Min (the provider can't fulfill tiny orders) or above Max (to prevent spam).

Cancel / Refund

You can cancel orders that haven't started or are still in progress. The undelivered portion is refunded to your balance (not to your card — refunds go back to your panel balance). Manage your orders →
