What happens if it goes wrong.
Most panels bury this. Here is the whole thing on one page: what is actually covered, what is not, and what you get back in each case. If you only read one section, read the one about refills — it is the promise most easily misread, including on our own homepage.
The refill guarantee does not cover every service
This is the single most important thing on this page. A refill means that if the count you bought drops inside that service's refill window, we top it back up at no charge. It is real, it is automatic, and it applies to the services that carry it — which is a minority of the catalog.
So do not read "refill guaranteed" as a site-wide promise
Every service listing states its own refill status before you order — on the Services price list, and again on the order form. Check that column. If it says no refill, then a drop is not covered, and the lower price is why. We would rather tell you here than have you find out afterwards.

What you get back, case by case

| You submitted the wrong link | Not refundable. The delivery went where you sent it. Check the link twice — this is the most common avoidable loss. |

| You want your deposited funds back as cash | We do not issue cash refunds on deposited funds. Balance stays as balance, it never expires, and it is not transferable between accounts. Deposit what you intend to spend. |
Balance refunds, not cash refunds
This is worth saying twice because we take crypto and bank transfer, and both are hard to reverse. When we say "refunded", we mean credited back to your Resimi balance to spend on another order. We do not send money back out. If that is not acceptable to you, start with the free trial order and a $1 deposit rather than a large one.
What we cannot promise at all
- We do not control Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or any other platform, and we are not responsible for what they do to your account. Any service that touches a third-party platform carries some risk, and no honest panel can tell you otherwise.
- We never ask for your password, and we cannot log into your account — only your public link is used. That removes one whole category of risk, but it does not remove platform risk.
- We do not promise a specific quality of account, follower or viewer beyond what the individual service listing describes.
- Delivery speed estimates are estimates. Most orders start within minutes; some providers are slower, and the listing tells you which band to expect.
The cheapest way to test all of this
Every new account gets one free real order. Use it on a service you would actually buy, watch it deliver, then decide whether to fund anything. That is a better test of whether we are trustworthy than any sentence on this page.
